Maverick by TVG Terms of Service

1. About this service

Maverick (“the Platform”) is a private analytics dashboard operated by The Visionary Group LLC (“TVG”, “we”, “us”) for the e-commerce brands TVG provides paid-media and retention services to. Access is granted only to authorized client users who have an active services engagement with TVG.

2. Acceptable use

Authorized users agree to use the Platform solely to view their own brand's performance data. Users will not attempt to access another brand's data, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape or redistribute the data displayed, or use the Platform to compete against TVG's services. Account credentials must not be shared.

3. Data sources and accuracy

The Platform aggregates data from third-party sources including Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, and Klaviyo. While TVG works to ensure the data displayed is accurate and timely, TVG does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any third-party data and disclaims liability for decisions made solely on the basis of platform output.

4. Account access

Authorized client users are granted access via their TVG growth strategist. Access is tied to an active services engagement with TVG and may be revoked when that engagement ends. TVG may suspend access for violations of these terms.

5. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you acknowledge the data practices described there.

6. Confidentiality

Performance data displayed in the Platform is confidential to the client whose data it is. Authorized users agree not to disclose another client's data, system architecture details, or internal TVG methodology to outside parties.

7. Service availability

The Platform is provided on an as-is basis. While we work to maintain high availability, scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. TVG is not liable for any business interruption resulting from Platform unavailability.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when material changes happen to the Platform or its data practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
